Day 1 is finished.

Just about 1500 calories yesterday. Actually feels pretty good eating healthy fruits and vegetables all day. I was hungry all day, tough adjustment.

Rest day 2 day......Another update tomorrow.

Thanks Rob, I only did 1 set of each of my bicep lifts, right? Also, I am really needing to shed the body fat. Do i want my caloric intake in famine to be 8x206 my lbm or 8x290, my overall weight? John's first BP run

Hey Everyone, Today is my first BP run. currently I am 6'2", 291 pounds with 29.1% body fat. My goal is to cycle through BP until I get down to 10% bf. I have lifted off and on for 10 years now and recently for 2 months. I am excited to shed the unwanted fat and start living a healthier lifesty...
