Went through my 5 workouts and even though i messed up on the routine i ended up with my highest 1rpm for both BP and SQ in 6 years.

Also did edp and added weights every other workout.

So far so god.

Now to the german Loading.

Goodbye Famine Hello Feast

Tomm I start with my first Feast workout (really wanting to start today but my 72 hours aren't up until tomm). Some questions i have are: Should i add EDT from day 1? If yes, which exercises? How many days of rest between workouts and should I incorporate any type of training to my off days? Thanks ...

Workout 3 was hard

I couldnt catch my breath and my biceps hurt for 10 minutes after the workout like if i was still doing reps.

I probably ended up losing only one pound but i think im calling it done after tonights diet.

I wish i had good news. After 4 days of dieting and starving I've only lost 1 pound. Measured my heartrate this morning and it was at 163. Did workout 2 again yesterday. Will do workout 3 today but i have a feeling i'm not going to loose any more pounds and my heartrate isnt going anywhere. So what ...

I've lost 1 pound when i weighted myself this morning (day 4). I'm not sure if my heartrate thingy is off but my normal hr fluctuates between 61 to 71 and its been like that during famine to. Famine only 1lb

After 3 days of starving ive only lost 1 pound. Is this normal? My heart rate in the morning is always different. It can fluctuate all over the place.

Story of my life even when i'm following a diet my body does whatever it wants to.

A 5 x 5 protocol isn't a bad start and will serve you will.
