thoughts on post-workout shakes?

Has anybody used post-work out shakes on their blueprint run? Things like Universal Torrent or Aftershock?

Reason I ask is because I go straight to work after the gym and I find these to be pretty convenient.

Nice job on the recomp! What was your intake like? I might want to take a recomp approach to the blueprint as I've been cutting and don't know if i want to go on an all out bulk phase.

great job man! been reading through your log and i find it inspiring. hoping to get started on BP in a week or 2 myself.

I think I might have a similar issue regarding the shoulder, will def use yours as a template if i feel any soreness/pain with my shoulder.

i was just going to ask the same question. I've been on IF for a couple of months while on my cut and am used to training fasted (still take a pre-wo and BCAA's though).
