tweaking the BP - more reps possible?
Hey guys, i've been a huge believer in BP2 and BP3 the past two years and got awesome results. I've liked going with GLP 1 but shooting for a 1 rep max on my big lifts (bench, squat, deads) is starting to catch up to me. My shoulders start hurting, i've had herniated disks in my back, etc. So, has a...

So this might sound a little crazy...could raw oatmeal be used as a substitute for karbolyn in the formula? I usually add raw oatmeal to my protein shakes between meals....my blender grinds it up nicely so it's not think and heavy....1 cup of oatmeal = 55g of carbs. Would save a ton of money but rea...

Hi Dragon, yes that's correct. In BP 2.0 you do the 5 workout bridge, find a max lift and then build on that max lift with the GLP workouts. I was trying to do a combo of v2 and v3 (i've done both versions individually) so I could focus on GLP from v2 along with the static holds and EDT block protoc...

Yup, I was worried about over-training as well. But I'm up for being creative - not sure if there was a modified loading pattern that could be used alongside static holds and dips. Or maybe I could remove the barbell static holds all together, incorporate a loading pattern and then do weighted dips ...

Hey Rob, figured I might as well post this on the sticky instead of starting a new thread. You've mentioned that we could possibly get away with a 4 day famine instead of 5 days. Just wondering how that changes the workouts...do we now need to compress all 3 famine workouts into 4 days? Or do we jus...

Incorporating German Loading #1 into BP 3.0 ??
So I just wrapped up a BP 3.0 run and really liked the results but was wondering if anyone has incorporated the German Loading Pattern #1 from BP 2.0 into the BP 3.0 workout? I'm starting a new run next week and was thinking about pulling this off. Thanks!
