I hope everyone is enjoying the New Year! I have finished up the HIT workouts. They went well and I even have a new Squat 1rep max of 275lbs! That is 10lbs above my previous max of 265lbs set with GLP1. I have also completed two of my super squat routines. 1/2/11 SS#1 Squats 1 set 20 reps 155lbs com...

3rd day of Famine and I have completed 2 of the workouts. I felt good on the bench this morning, but like I expected I ran out of gas pretty quickly. Juicing, metamucil, walking away from meals feeling a little hungry still. Famine seems even easier this time. I have read on other journals that peop...

You got that right! Juicing veggies always cleans me out and the metamucil is a nice snack to keep me full. If it goes like my first famine I hope to feel pretty good by the third or fourth day.

ThePaul7's 2nd BP Run

Hello all! After taking me week off I am now on my first day of famine. I juiced a apple, carrot, celery, beet, parsley, swiss chard concoction for breakfast and then had some metamucil before work. Current stats: Weight 187lbs Max Bench: 235lbs Max squat: 265lbs Max Deadlift: 315lbs My first run I ...

Thanks for the responses Rob!

I can understand his point that people don't push themselves. Too many people workout on autopilot and expect results.

I will follow your advice and I am actually looking forward to famine starting up next week.

Okay Rob here are my first questions about incorporating Supersquats workout into feast. Bench press or Dips - 2 sets of 12 Squat - 1 set of 20 supersetted with Pullovers - 1 set of 20 Bent rows - 2 sets of 15 I am guessing I perform the squats first because that will take the most out of me. Are th...

Rob I am leaning more towards a winter bulk and it would be the first time I actually do a bulk during winter. :) It would be interesting to run it along side a program geared for it. Would I need to buy the super squats book or do you think I can get enough from the basic outline you have for it in...

Review

I have now completed my cruise workout of my first BP run and I am taking a week off before I start famine again. I followed the Blueprint pretty much to the tee and I am very happy with the results. Here is how my maxes improved. Feast: Bench 225lbs 1 rep ---->235lbs 1 rep (very clean rep with a ch...

Still Cruising

Sorry for the lack of updates, but my baby girl was born on 11/19! I have still been hitting my cruise workouts and I just completed workout 4. I am going to get in another few cruise workouts and then evaluate if I wanna take a week off and then start famine. Everything is going great both family w...

Thanks Rob that is exactly what I wanted to know. I may have worded it awkwardly, but thankfully you understood it :D

Anyways I will give it a shot like that. Much easier to reach my maxes if I set the safety pins that high too.

Thanks again for your prompt and detailed answer.
