HAHA-
I'll trade you that old annoying gym guy for the old annoying gym girl at my gym.
She gets on the elliptical and moans/pants/groans like she's doing something real nasty on it. REAL LOUD too... Actually makes me sick to my stomach. I've cut 2 workouts short because of her horrible sounds.

Thanks Rob- that's encouraging!

That muscle is still hurting pretty bad, but getting better. When I finally do that last feast workout, it will be likely Tuesday. Is that OK?

I skipped workout yesterday because I'm still struggling with the muscle pull in my back (by my shoulder blade). I had planned on doing a 2 or 3 rep max for my last workout since I don't have a spotter. Back is still hurting today (although little better). Wondering if I should just use the numbers ...

Just finished workout #2 of Feast. I should've gone higher on the incline bench and DB military press. My legs were sore going into the workout due to moving our house, and a trip to a lighthouse/dunes yesterday that involved a LOT of stair climbing and 4 mile walk. Workout was HARD today. Last rep or 2 were crappy form, but tried to squeeze as much as I could. I think if I had done squats instead of leg press, I might not have made it all the way through... Dropped my gym card at the end of the workout, and didn't think I was going to make it back up after pic...

So looking at my nutrition #'s from yesterday I'm still a little high in the protein area... Waking heart rate at beginning was 54. This morning was 60. Thanks for the answers everyone! I got the 3-6 caps from the blueprint ebook, but it sounds like maybe that was made before the new KA was made? I'll stick to 2-3 then depending on how I feel.

It's awesome to get experienced people to help me out with this. Thanks again!!

No one is laughing man. I find it more respectful if people can drop the ego and lift properly. You'll see better gains in the end going that route from my perspective. Keep up the hard work, that 3rd workout is a b****. I ended up dropping the last set on the 3rd workout, as I felt very light head...
