Had my first GLP upper body workout yesterday and it felt great. I had some out of shape dude jump in with me cuz all the benches were taken and he had the nerve to tell me that the volume and weight I was doing wasn't enough. Then he tried to tell me about some program where he almost increase his ...

Thanks for checking in scump. You and Rob have been really helpful. My calorie intake has been about 200 over maintenance on workout days and 300 below maintence on off days. I seem to be recomping. I will be going with the first option after all and inserting rest day when needed. I'm pretty excite...

thanks for checking in, Muoio117. ya, I'm pretty excited about starting my GLP. I'm starting tomorrow afternoon cuz I feel like I'm ready to go. I'm hoping to get my bench up to at least 290lb but I'm really shooting for 300lb.

Dude, I'm not sure about 3 EDT's. That's seems like a little overboard. If anything, I'd probably take out the 2nd EDT. I don't know. I'll wait to see what some of the veterans say.

Good luck with that and keep on tearing it up bro.

Well I only need a spotter if I do upper body so I could do the 1st one instead and if the upper body workout falls on a Sunday, I'll just wait and do it on Monday instead. And extra day of rest won't hurt.

Hey Rob, I'm about to start the GLP phase and was wondering which one of these would be better. I'm leaning towards the 2nd one cuz I'll probably have a hard time finding a spotter on a Sunday. I'll insert extra rest days if needed. Monday = upper body workout (bench) Tuesday = rest Wednesday = lowe...

nah man, that towel trick won't work where I'm at. There are alot of new people that don't know proper gym etiquette. Twice I've had my equipment taken when I got up to go to the db rack to change the weight. When I turn back around, they had moved my towel and water bottle and sat there like nothin...

good stuff man! glad to see your still on the wagon... regarding equipment being in use, maybe try just sub it for a different exercise using similar mechanics? Ya, I considered doing that but the equipment would have been across the room from each other and I'm sure someone who have taken it in be...

Had my 4th feast workout yesterday and it was alright. I mean the workout was intense and loved it but I wasn't able to finish cuz I couldn't get the machine to do my last EDT. There was some idiot in the way taking his sweet time. I waited 10 minutes for him to finish but by that time I didn't feel...
