dude i felt the same going from workout 5 to workout 6... insert a extra rest day and ready to have your mind blown away. Ya I hit every workout hard. Now that I understand the BP more and got some numbers to work with, my 2nd round of the BP will be even more intense.

No, jm1080. If you start WORKOUT #1 on a Monday, your next workout should fall on Thursday. Then WORKOUT #3 should land on Sunday and so on. There should be 2 days rest between the next workout. Don't worry about the other body parts. You can add them as your EDT's when you start the GLP. Hope that ...

HAHA- I'll trade you that old annoying gym guy for the old annoying gym girl at my gym. She gets on the elliptical and moans/pants/groans like she's doing something real nasty on it. REAL LOUD too... Actually makes me sick to my stomach. I've cut 2 workouts short because of her horrible sounds. lol...
