I try not to post unless I have an update or a question because I wanted to keep this log clean and simple without all the chit chat. I hate having to scroll thru several pages of a log just to find the meat. I feel a newbie can find the info faster this way.

Sunday's workout was pretty good. There was no interruptions this time and the gym was empty so I didn't have anyone get in my way. Cool, thanks Rob. I was only planning to increase the weight by maybe 5lbs or so. It would be nice to see those few extra lbs you've mentioned. I can't wait to see where I end up.

Well my 4th upper body workout is this afternoon. I'm looking forward to tearing it up.

Well I decided to skip this workout after all and continue with my 3rd upper body workout instead. I'm not in extreme pain but I do feel the discomfort as I walk up my stairway.
