thanks guys. I'm really enjoying the BP. It's different from what I'm used to. I'm always looking forward to the next workout.

Just had my feast workout #2, and man was it intense. It was awesome. At first, I thought I could handle 1 day on 1 day off. But now, I will be doing the 1 day on 2 days off. I should be ready for Friday's workout.
