ya, that doesn't sound right. you might have to use the same scale that you used on monday. I'm down 5lbs. I don't use the gym scales cuz they're always off. Yeah, I never trust gym scales either. Either way, I did what the BP outlined, so it better work. I've personally seen its results on my frie...

Okay, I weighed myself and it said I weigh 175.4 lbs. That doesn't make any sense at all. My muscles have shrunk a lot and I haven't eaten more than 1200 cals a day. What I eat in a day is: 1 banana, 1 apple, 2 servings of oatmeal, and maybe 8 oz V8. I think the scale in the gym is retarded. I just ...

Ya that's the same look I got here at work. I showed my famine workout plan to 2 guys at the gym and they thought it wasn't enough and not enough weight. I told them to go ahead and give it a shot for themselves with just eating fruits and veggies for 5 days, but they said they couldn't do that cuz...

I feel the same way. My shirts aren't fitting as good right now and I was asked yesterday if I was eating right cuz I looked smaller. I briefly explained what I was doing but they didn't really understand. Well today is my last day of famine and I'm feeling pretty good right now. kinda looking forw...

Damn Rob, you look like a big dude and you had to revert to bodyweight squats. Looks like I'm might have to do the same. I hadn't done squats in few years cuz I was afraid to do them after I got a hernia from deadlifting. I am looking forward to bringing the weight back up though cuz my max was 315...

This is my problem too. I can see my muscles shrinking, and so can everyone else... I can't wait until this dang feast starts. Two nights and one more day....

Well day four of famine still isn't too difficult. I'm not too hungry, but I still miss eating all the food. I'm getting tired of fruits all the time. I want some teriyaki chicken, mmmmmm... I'm at 445 cals so far today. That gives me almost 1000 to go, though I've been able to still keep it below t...

That sounds pretty good to me. I've never maxed so I don't know what my 1 RM is. I hope famine is treating you well. We've just got to get through today and tomorrow and then it's FEAST!

Same goes for me. Getting through the workouts is pretty difficult. They're hard to complete, but afterwards I always feel like I didn't do enough. I'm just used to doing more volume.

But yeah, I can't wait until feast either.

It looks good to me. You're going to be using almost the exact same weight as me on everything, lol. I guess we're pretty equal on strength (or weakness, ;)).

I was reduced to BW squats first time I tried workout #3. Ain't no shame in it. On the positive side, you'll get a lot closer to God during workout #3. A LOT closer.. :) Lol, alright then. Oh, btw, has there every been someone who hasn't been hungry during famine? Because, honestly, I'm less hungry...

That's actually what I've did yesterday, but this rabbit food isn't cutting it. lol. I'm used to eating a pb sandwich with glass of milk before going to bed. I mean I can do without but I was just wondering since I would still be hitting my calorie intake and that would be the only protein that I w...

Just wondering, would it be alright to drink a 140 calorie meal replacement drink with 15g protein and 15g of carbs after my dinner or before bed? I have a hard time sleeping when I'm hungry. I don't think you should add that in. I mean, we're supposed to keep protein minimal. 15 g isn't a lot, but...
