Currently on day two of my famine and enjoying it, gettting used to the idea so it isn't so bad. I just wanted to note that my Bench went from 250 to 280 for 2 reps with a little help on the second at the end of the glp 2. Squat went from 235 to 270 in the same time frame. Hey Rob, I'm just curious about the whey and the absorption. I was always told not to drink it during a workout or too soon before because it doesn't digest or something to that effect.

I currently have myofusion/ On whey/ and dymatize, do either of these work with what you suggest?

Now when I finish the famine, I do that 5 day workout first and then jump into glp 2 right? I'm hitting up the Mandarin on the day I start my feast, this mass stack should help. Can't wait to get through this famine.

Finishing up feast/glp 1

What do I do now? I have 1 workout for upper and lower left where I go for my new 1rm. After this, do I take a week off, do I do lighter workouts for 2-3 weeks , or do I continue onto the 2nd glp? I can't wait to get back on the mono and watch myself blow up:P

so when you decide it's time for the cruise, are you continuing the blueprint training and dialing back calories and supplements? or is it doing a lighter routine different from the bp just to get your body rested? p.s loving the progress I'm seeing at this stage.

Hey guys, whats the word on going into the maintenance phase? When do you know to switch over to it and do you just stay in it until the glp 2 is done and you go back to famine? Just any tips from crafty veterans on this stage?
