That's what I was thinking Rob, thanks for clarification.

Whatever works for you. I like the 2 EDT block format myself... Plus, new PR's give me LOTS of energy for those 2 EDT blocks, if you know what I mean! I think I will stick with the 2 EDT blocks. What are your thoughts on doing 2 EDT blocks plus a few individual sets? Should I just go based on how I...

Yeah you could maybe test out your 1RM on bench/squat/deadlift, # of pullups/pushups etc something like that to have for comparison in the future. As for being lost, I was as well. Break it down into each phase. What I did was got a piece of paper and wrote out: 1) The workouts for famine, with blan...

It will be interesting to see this. Be prepared for your lifts to blow up significantly. Although you said you would rest for a week, then do light training for a week, then go to famine, you can just rest then go straight to famine. I did it myself, and so did many others. I ate a bunch of food the...

Yeah those PRs are awesome, this is the first time in my life I have enjoyed doing squats, my favorite workout now actually. As I read some other journals I notice not everyone does what I think is the standard feast workout + 2 EDT blocks, maybe it isn't the standard and I just thought it was. Anyw...

BCAAs
Just ordered some, although I am already in my feast stage, I should have them by day 15 or so of it and I will start taking them then. In the book it mentions during feast to take 20-40g throughout the day for 3 days, then off for 3 days and repeat. It also mentions taking 25-40g spread out from pr...

Feast Workout #3 Warmup Squat(135x5,185x4,245x3, 295x1) Squat 295x3 <--Was expecting to get 2 reps barely, but got 3 without too much trouble so I counted that as a last warmup Squat 305x3 <--I probably could have done one more, definitely a new PR, since last workout 275x5 was a PR Stiff-leg DL 22...

I dont believe so, or at least I didn't. I just picked regular bench press and supersetted it with DB shoulder press, for 3 sets. However, I could have done it wrong, and I dont think that it would necessarily be wrong to do it either of the two ways. Just keep in mind that with only a small rest pe...

Ah ok sounds good, hopefully that comes today :D Ive got the eating part down just fine haha. After cutting for 3 months, then going into famine, this eating in feast is just awesome it is hard to not eat too much. Since I can't bench I wanted to throw chest into an EDT block, so I have a few questi...

Havent really updated on the off days as there isn't much to say. Diet is in check, my weight is 221(-2.5 since start of famine), which is interesting since I have been eating over maintenance every day of feast. Not that I am complaining, ideally I will lose weight and gain muscle. I can't get work...
