Hmm, I always thought that when people said GABA here they meant Gamma GH and that it was somehow a nickname. I haven't tried GABA, but I can testify that the feeling you get with 5g Gamma GH is oddly relaxing. For me my chest tightens up for a couple seconds until I take a deep breath and then I ge...

At the moment I am using the following: Kre-Anabolyn Adaptogen-N Gamma GH Also throwing in some BCAAs, multi, fish oil, Jack3d and protein powder. So far they are working out great for me (You can see for yourself in my log if you'd like), but I can't really say for sure as I haven't tried the other...

My stockpile

Here is a combination of my 2 Musclemass orders + jack3d/multi/fish oil. I stockpiled up on supplements before college so I can take them with me instead of getting mailed packages stolen out of my dorm or whatever. Just got the second order today and piled them up: https://i558.photobucket.com/albu...

Feast Workout #5 Squat Warmup 135x4,185x4,225x3,275x1,315x1 Squat 315x8 <-- In a state of absolute shock. Spotters said I did 9, but the last one was questionable form, reps 7 and 8 were tough and form slightly off but still went deep. I dont know what to say right now, I was in the zone but god da...

so you didn't do any bicep or trap isolation stuff? He has curls and tricep extensions/skullcrushers in there. Pretty isolated movements, your biceps get hit with rows as well. You can also do some shrugs after your EDT blocks as well to hit traps. Compound movements will build muscle much better t...

The loading pattern workouts you add EDT blocks in as well. In the book version I have, the feast workouts state to do the bench press/pullover for 8-10 and squat/SLDL 8-10 reps and that is it. You are allowed to add the EDT blocks in, it seems like most people do the loading pattern for the BB lift...

"- Bench press for as many as you can get in the 8-10 rep range. NOTE this is ONE set (after warmups). - Immediately perform a set of heavy dumbell pullovers* (8-10 reps). - Focus on maximally stretching the muscle at the bottom of the movement. * Should be performed on a SLIGHT incline bench....

Your EDT blocks

Well, I can easily come up with 2 exercises to throw into an EDT block, but I have trouble finding ones that are synergistic. The only one I have that really seems to flow together is a bicep/tricep EDT block, so post some good ones you have/prefer

I would imagine it's fine to take those 450 in from coconut oil. Calories are calories for the most part, I will definitely follow this one, I have some similar goals and might adapt some changes you make on my second BP run. Good luck!

Good luck, you should see some great gains here. For me, day 2 and 4 of famine were the worse, I sat around all day thinking about food with no workout to occupy my mind.

Although I did almost all of the reps on EDT blocks, it was still a struggle and a good workout for those muscles, so I didn't adjust weight during the middle of them. I was focused on the form a lot more since it wasn't too heavy, although I will up it next time. I took a break from curls/triceps E...

Another thing you may just want to double check is the actual weight of your weights at home and the gym. At the gym I typically lift at, our 45lb plates are 48lbs, and when I went to visit my brother in Texas I worked out at his gym and I could barely do what I thought was 225, we put them on the s...

Haha ok just making sure others get it as well. I do actually kind of enjoy it, like Hank said it makes you take a few nice deep breaths and that it is like getting hit with a tranquilizer.

I definitely believe this has been a part of my improvement so far, I took 3g before bed the first time and didn't feel anything, I started taking 5g/night and it knocks me out. I get the tingling sensation that some people described, but on top of that I usually get a series of hotflashes for 5-10 ...
