Hello everyone. I'm starting my log right in the middle of day 3 of my first famine, weird timing I know. I've been awfully busy lately, but here I am. I'm not going to lay out every detail on the things I'm pretty confident I'm on the money on, but there are some areas where I still have questions....

What about an ec stack? Anyone try this? If it helps with appetite it might be perfect for famine, assuming I'm not overlooking some other reason it wouldn't work here. I'm new to bp and dreading my first famine. Any thoughts on coffee or even an ec stack during the famine for energy and possibly to curb cravings? Okay or no go?
