START FAMINE Day 1 of Famine: RHR 78 One of the benefits of IF is that I'm already used to not eating half of the day, this helps me in famine and I only half to tough it out for a few hours. This is going to be my best famine yet, I can feel it. How many seconds do you guys use when taking your RH...

DIET My diet approach is pretty laid back yet strategic. I make sure my calories are on point over the course of a few days, and most importantly over the course of a week. I set a weekly deficit goal and I give myself some freedom in how much I'll cut each day. Some lift days I might be higher and...

BP+GST+IF=Jimmy's CUT

Hey all, this will be my third BP run and this time I'm going for the cut. My first run was last August with just Ebol and I made solid gains in strength and size but I was more or less winging, not really organized. My most recent run was with KA/AN, which I loved. I did a makeshift recomp of sorts...

Justin, This allows them to get stronger and more used to the heavier weight, so that when you are doing Bench, or pulls, or whatever exercise, that you will be more comfortable with the weight and not be like DAMN! THIS IS HEAVY! Hope that helps! I wonder if this would work with squats for this re...

Yes. The Saturday and Sunday leading into my famine were pretty low cal also. Saturday I was at least 1000 below maintenance and very low pro and Sunday I was closer to maint. and maybe 100 g/pro. I ended my famine on Friday and did nothing but eat and watch Dexter. First workout is this morning.

Just out of curiosity...has anyone stacked Burn It Up! with small amounts of Ephedrine (25mg in the morning) or stacked with Lean Xtreme? (I've read LX helps with cortisol). I know BIU! helps with cortisol but not sure to what degree. Thanks, as always! Also curious as to how to stack with ec and/o...

famine snafu

I'm in day 3 of famine and I took in about 900 calories over my target cals. I'm still under maintenance by about 500 and I still kept pro under 40. Last two days I was under my target cals and under 30g pro. Should I just keep on trucking? Extra cardio tomorrow? I felt like hell today and really wa...

That's interesting...for the calming effect I assume?
