I've heard good stuff about MASS's Thiomax, but I'm not sure how well it works for extreme loose skin.

Skin typically tightens on it's own at the rate it was stretched. So if you were 70 lbs heavier for 3 years, then it would take 3 years for that elasticity to come back.

Katch-McArdle Equation is pretty close. It will get you about, if not exactly, where you need to be. And you do have to go a whole week of testing.
