Ben's 64 Days of Awesomeness Run!!!
Tomorrow I'll be starting a run of 3.0. I'm pretty excited. It's been awhile since I've done a run. For the past month, I've been doing Convict Conditioning. CC is amazing. I've only been doing 2-3 workouts a week, and I feel great. After this run, CC will be a huge part of my workouts. Blueprint 3....

Now, I have a problem. If I wait the suggested 2 days off, that will put my WO#5 on Saturday. I have a lot of commitments Saturday and not sure if I'll be able to make it to the gym. Is it ok to wait till Monday (4 days off between WO4 and WO5)? Or should I make sure I get into the gym tomorrow? 4 ...

Re: Using the German Loading Pattern #1 for hypertrophy.
On my last Blueprint run, which was my first run, I used the German Loading Pattern #1 with 3 min rest between sets. On this run I was thinking of using the same loading pattern with just 1.5 min rest between sets. Will this result in greater hypertrophy? If anything, you would want longer rest per...

Re: Still confused. :(
No, my understanding is you don't repeat anything. Just follow what Rob listed in the first post. It's 4 supersets and then 4 regular sets of triceps, that's it. This is correct. You do one set of each of the chest presses. Each of those sets is superset with a dumbbell shoulder press. Following th...

Good job making it through Famine. You did awesome! I don't really see Optimum Pro Complex being a substitute to Karbolyn. The reason Rob has us using Karbolyn is because of it's molecular weight. It is absorbed much quicker, and causes less bloating and allows you to recover from workouts much quic...
