Confused on Feast Training..

I understand that the first 72 hrs of feast are for eating and sleeping. Once the 72 hrs is up will i start the 5 prescribed workouts on consecutive days ? (just to be clear) once those 5 days are up, i will do the german loading pattern 2 days a week with selected exercises from the loaded stretch ...

good call on the jump rope, Big.

I like to do 1 minute single jump and 30 seconds of double unders for approx 10 minutes.

For regular HIIT on the treadmill i go for a 1min jog/run and a 30 second sprint for 10-15 min

Glutamine...

I plan on taking glutamine with my E-Bol + cbol creatine stack once i start the feast phase. Other than directed, what are the best times to take glutamiune throughout the day and how much?

I'm wondering other than directed because i know timing with supplements is key while on the BP :wink:

I definately go all out on HIIT (hense: HIGH INTENSITY). I would like to do it in the morning on my days off.

What do you think...mornings or afternoon?

During the Famine phase, i plan on doing cardio in the morning on the 3 designated workout days, i will also do cardio in the afternoon on my days off. Is that a good strategy for cardio? Feast Question...

Will it be possible to keep dropping BF% while in the feast phase? I know you are supposed to up your caloric intake of healthy fats, protein, and carbs so how would you be able to lose BF% at the same time if possible?

While reading through the BP i noticed that there is not much AB emphasis. Is there anything that can be added for Abs that will still yield good results besides what is already in the BP? If so, which phase?

Sounds good but what will yield better results for famine...fasting till your pre-workout meal (warrior diet) or eating fruits and veggies throughout the day?
