Famine Day 4 Diet: Diet, again, consisted of mostly fruits. Apples, pears and bananas. Had to lettuce at night since it was the only thing that would fit on the macros. Famine: Day 3 Workout: Woke up at around 8am, ate some cereal and headed to the gym. Gotta say, strength is down. Very challenging workout. First day of Famine phase. Wow, I'm hungry as hell, feeling somewhat weak and weird. Hopefully that's a sign that's it's working. Thanks Rob. I got my famine phase almost set up except for the diet, which shouldn't really be that hard. Just got to get around 1400 calories.


Also, wondering about E-Bol now, would it be a waste just running one bottle of it?

In addition, would Sci-Fit's ecdy be a decent alternative for E-Bol?
