RDLs and SDLs have become two of my favorite exercises. I started doing them w/ the Blueprint, and how sore the muscles are next day is incredible!

ZMA actually won't increase testosterone really. It's effect on it, I believe, is very minimal. All you may get out of it is some good sleep, crazy dreams, and placebo.

Rob certainly can help you lean out. I'm sure he could help you plan something so you could burn the fat plus still maintaining your strength level and even increasing it! You can bulk, cut, and recomp w/ the Blueprint (don't know if recomp is already available as I know it will be on the Blueprint ...

Yeah I'm pretty happy. I know it really isn't that much, but for me it's a lot. I see people who have been training longer than I and lift less than me and I kinda get happy lol. Motivation is to reach the level of the ones above me :D Tomorrow will be GLP for legs. Gonna kill it! Also, will update ...

Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th: Day 24 and 25 Feast Tuesday : Today I don't have a GLP workout. I use my Tuesdays to hit my shoulders and calves, plus cardio and abs.
