Yesterday was pretty good as far as energy during my workout and soccer. My weight today is 176.8 (-1.2) My average resting heart rate before the famine was 60-65. 1st day of the feast and so far ok.. I have a feeling it's going to be a rough ride.. Day one and dreaming about MEAT.

Thanks guys.

I'm about to start the famine phase tomorrow! It's enough watching for me and time to actually do it!

I have soccer tomorrow which will be some intense cardio.. Would work/workout/soccer be ok for the first day? or is will this just accelerate the alarm phase?

Arms and shoulders.. from what I can see.

Also upper chest/front delts area seems fuller around the collar bone.

Actually I was also thinking of using the gatorade power mix with my mass pro amino for intra workout but the label puts it at 31 grams of sugar for one serving.. Yay or Nay?
