have you read the blueprint and the templates?

because im sure there in there, i dont think i invented them myself...

anyway the upper body static hold is a decline bench.

the lower day is a abdominal static hold using a crunch machine.

its entirely up to you, i think majority of people on here (including myself) focus on 2 primary lifts (bench and squat). an example of a GLP workout template is like this: monday = upper body workout (bench) tuesday = rest wednesday = lower body workout (legs) thursday = rest friday = if your ready...

lol you sound like a lot of the girls at work. biggest thing is this, if your not diabetic, you will not go hypo, that being said your sugars can get low, but then your body will replenish them on their own. you can get tests done to see if your diabetic or "pre-diabetes" random BSL testin...

by peri you mean throughout the whole thing hey? like peri-operative? we call them intra shakes here mate! thats alot of carbs for a intra IMO. i dont have any carbs intra, just post, ill show you what i have just for a reference.. i would consider myself slowbulking. pre= protein a hour before hand...

one way i limited them was limiting my liquid diet intake, taking protein shakes with some solid food (normally carb based such as bread).

Hey man by the way, the first 5 workouts in feast are pretty intense (both upper and lower in the same day) so i would stick to the EDT blocks rob recconmends for these, then shread it up when your in the GLP.

i know a few people who have run 5x5 for decent periods of time (6 months +) gained insane strength but next to no noticeable size, considering the strength they gained though, still worth it!
