i touch the ground (alot of places say you have to) some even recconmend standing on a elevated platform to allow for maximum stretch. meanwhile there is also SLDL straight back, where you dont touch the ground (impossible unless you have gorilla arms). im thinking of doing mine straight back untill...

haha yeah man i wasnt hungry on famine! i was supposed to be getting 1400-1500cals/day... first day i took in 1200. a few days i pretty much fasted all day (just 300-400 cals throughout) so i could eat a decent sized meal before bed (900 odd). not because i was hungry, so i could eat some nice food ...

lol dude its a 5 day fast...

and trust me, ANYONE who has done a cycle of BP will tell you the first 2 weeks of feast you see crazy gains...

hell im thinking of cycling the BP and just doing the HIT training for 2 weeks then hitting cruise lol....havnt discussed this with rob yet!

EDT blocks dont necessarily have to complement, infact i think if they both targeted the same muscle it would cause you to burn out faster...

lol yeah EDT blocks are targeted at hypertrophy and since your in a protein deficit i dunno how you would gain size haha, gl with your recovery!

famine is sht but remember, 5 days of fasting for 40 days of fun/big gains!

try to stick as strictly as possible to the template to ensure your own solid BP gains!
