i think i can clear this up a little. first of all the loading pattern is only PART of your future feast workouts. the GLP is designed for 1 reason and 1 reason only, increasing a primary lift over 6 workouts. alright man noted, only thing is my rack pulls will be limited to a certain weights (workout at home ill run out! lol) i think i can do max 300lbs...
