ryo, regarding higher volume workouts.

im working towards a 3rm max, not a 1m rm max... therfor i have increased the entire template by 2 reps... am still seeing great results with it thus far! maybe you could do something similar.

i guess going from such a big caloric change induces a different level of stress all togeather hey. UB bro you prolly would have benefitted from the week break prior to starting BP, its hard with work though i know. i ended up starting BP the week i got back from holidays so i had a nice fresh start...

lol yeah man, on days you have alot of physical exertion you can increase your cals slightly.

my first day i ate nothing but fruit and veg lol, like 1 other carb source... then i realised i finished 400 cals short haha... next few days were a lot better!

you will adapt, and its only 5 days.

test booster running out mid feast?

so yeah guys im currently running T bol during my feast phase and it looks like it will be running out soon, wondering... i have some activate xtreme do you reccon i should start that when tbol trib finishes?

or just carry on the reast of feast using Ebol on its own?
