Let me say that this dieting will not be fun... To many temptations but I am strong willed. I work in Health Care while I am still in school and we constantly have students coming through... It's either Med Students or Nursing Students and typically on their last day they bring in dounuts or panera ...

Thanks Rob. I like to set everyone out before so I don't have to waste time and cramming it all in at once. I want to get in the gym, know what I need to do and JUST DO IT~! With the Famine stage I understand that supplements are a No No such as Creatine, protein drinks, etc. Are such things like Jack3d (in my case I use Muscle Spike) allowed? I have a test log that I have made that I am going to run through in the Gym today for my Legs, Back, and Bi's.
