Not sure of your goals and/or equipment available at the gym but would suggest conventional benching with a spotter or inside a rack for feast. Hey man, thanks fo...

Thanks Rob - I will definitely be aware of how I'm feeling throughout the workout today. I seem to feel better as I do the workouts. Even yesterday, I didn't think there was a chance I'd find the energy to do cardio, but I made it, and once I got started it was fine. I will update later after the wo...

Definitely don't feel sick, just hungry/tired.

Day 4 of famine today, so no workout, but considering doing a little cardio today if I feel up to it, but not sure if I have the energy. Looking forward to feasting on Saturday!

On a completely irrelevant note, Rob, is there a way for me to find out my PW if I forgot it? The "forgot my password" link at the sign in page doesn't work. I've managed to stay logged in on my computer from when I first signed up, but I'd like to be able to login on my iphone, but can't ...

I understand choosing from the three different rows. What I am referring to is in the sample workout there is only 6 working sets (3 squat + row, 3 different curls), but in the book it has 9 sets (3 squat + row, 3 row + pulldown, 3 curls). I went ahead and did the following... Squats supersetted wit...

All welcome Mos Jeff! You nailed it. The Feast phase lends itself well to MANY types of training/loading patters and I've identified IDEAS for each of your runs. Vince Gironda said it and it's 100% true: The mind is more powerful than any steroid ever created. You may consider any and all programs ...

Mos Jeff's First Run

Hey everyone - just wanted to make an initial post as I plan to start my first run at this on Monday. I am currently taking the week off, recording resting HR and making sure I'm prepared to get started in a few days. I've been spending a lot of time re-reading the book, as well as reading the logs ...
