yep haha started off the feast yesterday with a bang eating every thinkg in my house. i pretty much followed the diet provided in the blueprint but added a couple more things, mainly meat. Let me say that this dieting will not be fun... To many temptations but I am strong willed. I work in Health Care while I am still in school and we constantly have students coming through... It's either Med Students or Nursing Students and typically on their last day they bring in dounuts or panera...

BCAA - Glutamine ratio

In the blueprint, it states using 20 - 40 grams of bcaas and glutamine.

since im buying both in bulk. Is there supposed to be a ratio of bcaa to glutamine or does it not matter?
