Damn , that fire is raging for sure! I ran 5 miles today. I was bookin it...well for somebody that doesnt do much cardio. I did the 5 miles in 34 min. Aint bad for someone who doesnt ever run. successfully didnt lift today. (I cant stand it not lifting. I work at my gym as a weightroom attendant so it makes it even more difficult.) I did some cardio though. Just ran a 5k and then did 10 min on the eliptical. Rest of diet looked like this. Meal2 handfull of wasabi almonds, 1 scoop myofusio...

Alright so ill be taking this week off to fully recover. Ill be doing some cardio on the days I normally lift. Also Ill post my current bulking diet which may be very similar to my feast diet.

today- meal1 1cup oats, 1 yogurt, 1 scoop protein powder, 1tbps pb

will post up other meals later.

Ok, so my 2 bottles of KA just got here today. Im going to take the next week off lifting heavy and only hit up some mild cardio/abs. After that, bring on the famine!Im kinda dreading those 5 days to come but, if it gets me results im all for it! CANT WAIT TO START THIS!!!!

I got over it about a week and a half ago. But just last night I felt the sniffles coming on. I think it may be do to me pushing it too hard. I think Ill take next week off lifting and get ready for BP for the following week. On a side note.. how long do you think it will tkae for my KA to get here....

Also when I get into the german loading phase. I want to bring my bench up. I get the workouts, but what If I want to work legs and such? Also, what about other body parts such as back, arms, ect?

Kinda both. Also I dont know how many days ill be working out. I love to workout 4 times a week. Also it looks like theres a few options for workouts after the german loading pattern? Im just a tad confused.

Sounds good. Im having trouble understanding with how the workouts are laid out in the feast phase. Does anyone have a log up on here that post the exact workout they used and which days they performed them on.

I see that KA comes in 60 caps. If I take 2 a day, that only leaves me with 30 days covered even though the feast is 42 days.
