workout number 1 in glp complete.. about 3 1/2 more weeks of feasting left than onto cruise. I plan on running a monday(bench), wednesday(squat), Thursday(bench), saturday(squat) routine. Ok guys quick question. I should stick to 2 edt blocks for the entire first 5 workouts of the feast? So say inc dumbell and t bar rows , and than another back and leg block? Than after those 5 workouts be more experimental with my blocks and incorporate other body parts? I plan on doing 2 edt blocks...

First 3 days of feast went great, lots of food and rest. Supplements im taking during feast: KA, Multi V, Alkaplex, Mass pro amino, Mass pro protien , beverly intl. beef liver, and gaba( just waiting for it in the mail!). I also have AN, any suggestions on taking it/not taking it for a 20 year old? ...
