Here's my question.. I'm mid blueprint 2.0 run.. Bulking up and gaining strength. I will have 3 runs after this is preperation for the summer where I like to be ripped up as . Heres my situation. Ive completed my famine phase and am aproaching the end of glp 1( will finish in 10-12 days). Once I finish my glp 1 my plan was to take 5-7 days off and start the 10 % solution. ok glp # 6 completed for chest.. 150 x 10 190 x 2 225 x 3 255 x 1 285 x 1 315 x 1 ... VERY CLOSE to getting it ..my spotter help a TAD at the end getting it up.
