Thermicarb?

I recently saw thermicarb too. Would it work well to replace the karbolyn in Rob's intra-workout formula? What exactly is the function of the karbolyn anyway?

Thanks! I will be careful with the static holds.
I actually prefer doing strength work anyway, but it's really about time for me to lose some fat. There's only so long a person can stand building muscle and not being able to see the fruits of his labor :-)

Nobody has comment?

It's my last day of famine, I have been using ephedra and green tea extract in the morning and at lunch. Diet was about 700-1000 calories mostly comprised of raw vegetables and fruits. Feel like an anorexic, eating only salad and detox shakes. Weight is down from 211 to 205 so far.

Supplements for Famine phase

Hi, new member here, about to start famine phase. I heard Rob's recommendation for ephedra + caffeine. It prevents loss of lean mass and accelerates fat loss. Would this be appropriate for famine? How about in the later stages of BP 3.0, on non-training days? My thought was this (for famine): Warrio...
