I'd say uneven or one-handed pushups with elbows tight to your body a la Convict Conditioning would be a great way to achieve the overload you're looking for while protecting your shoulders. I have a completely torn labrum but I'm able to do these exercises with no pain whatsoever.

Try castor oil wrap with heat. It's perfect for an inflammation-based condition such as bursitis.

Yeah I think it depends how hard you hit it during cruise. I tend to drop down in intensity the last couple of weeks of cruise so that's probably why I'm able to jump right into another run.

Assuming you are including a proper cruise phase in your run, you should be able to jump directly into another famine. If toward the end of your cruise you are feeling overtrained, then a week off may be prudent, but if you are feeling good and ready to jump back full force into another run, I'd go ...

You shouldn't be resting on your head at all you should have your arms straightened on the floor a few inches from the wall and when you kick up you just keep your arms straight. The only trick is learning how hard you have to kick up. Having someone there to grab your legs and get them up there the...

Instead of heels against the wall im doing toes against the wall and my head is not fully parallel so im working a lot of chest aswell as shoulders. How do you get up that way? Sort of start in a crow stand facing away from the wall and then walk up the wall? Mental block aside, it just seems like ...

I'm confused by your description. What exactly are you doing that's different...

Where are you in the big six CC movements currently? I haven't tried the flags yet, but I will soon and let you know how it goes. FWIW, my current recordss in CC are: 12 one-armed pushups (legs spread, not together) on each side 10 one-legged squats on each side 17 handstand pushups 10 uneven pullup...

I'm guessing you're in week 3 of your feast and you've been taking only KA @ 3/day so far? It seems like you're trying to be economical with your supplement usage, so I'll give you a couple of options that I think make sense: 1. Get another bottle of KA and a bottle of MPS and do 2 KA and 9 MPS per ...

You will find that no matter how much you avoid protein, you will likely still end up with 20+g a day. If you actually ate meat, I think you would find it impossible to still stay under 30g.

Do you need to take it? No. Is it beneficial on off-days? Absolutely. My opinion is that it really comes down to what you can afford. It will certainly improve your results if also taken on off-days. For me, it is worth the extra funds. If I'm going to spend the rest of the time and money on trying ...
