Instead of heels against the wall im doing toes against the wall and my head is not fully parallel so im working a lot of chest aswell as shoulders. How do you get up that way? Do you need to take it? No. Is it beneficial on off-days? Absolutely. My opinion is that it really comes down to what you can afford. It will certainly improve your results if also taken on off-days.
